Partitioning SD Card - Advice needed

hi guys

ive just installed a new 8gb sd card, rooted my hero and installed MCR 2.9.

now ive read about partitioning the sd card, whats it best to set it at?

i mean in my recovery console i have:

Part SD:fat32+ext2+swap

should i select this?? and if so would it ok to do it now or would i have to do it before i used the MCR 2.9 ROM?

the swap partition is not used by mcr2.9 by default. no need to create it.

So when I'm in the recovery console I choose partition sd, then once done go to install update.zip or Do have to wipe first ?

You don't need to partition before you install modaco, partition whenever you want. When you boot apps get moved to your ext partition automatically.agent 5 is making a simple job more hard work for you no offence to agent 5.
