Ringer - make it start loud?

Hey,

how can I set omnia so it would ring with my mp3 and start loud?

Now it starts quitely and after 1-2seconds it's normal volume level.

Tried messing with registry something like it was written in some page but it didn't help.

I think there is no way to fix this. Samsung omnia is just made to work like that. Maybe someone know the trick but I was searching for ages and haven't found anything about it.
