is my phone death?

hello i need help pls i flushed my phone with vie12 rom and i did eveythng correct full battery no virus(a new formatted pc) it worked then i copied the ex rom_ud1 files to the ex rom folder in storage card and configured the ini file just like a vie 12 user friend and hard resetted it it worked the programs i chosed have loaded i loaded he route66 navigation too than it restarted and it went on crazy after the omnia writing it cant load the pin code verify page and there is a black screeen with some colourful spots on it and the mouse i can move the mouse but cant change the screen after 5 minutes or like that it shuts itself down please help me cause of it cant open properly i cant connect active sync and install another rom please help
