indicator light on WM?

are there any WM business phones, preferably HTC, that have an indicator light that blinks when you have a new email, TXT or missed call?

Or is there any program that can blink the screen or in some way (besides sound) alert the user of missed or new events?

Inicator lights seem to be a thing of the past on new devices as such, at a guess it maybe to do with reducing power as a signal indicator is not really needed on a device.

I presume vibrate only is not an option?
