in the latest Build 23569 that I've just installed i can't change the lock screen button image...can anyone help me? i uninstalled the default lock screen but when i install dj's pete lock screen nothing happens...can anyone help me?! 10x in advance :lol: the problem is that...the forum that dj pete uses in german and...it's difficult to understand what to use and how to use it... that's it!i've made it!

OCK transcriber is like a nightmare.Because it is too slow.Is there any fast solution as in winmo 6.1 ?

Also I have a another problem.There is a delay for updating clock on the main screen. When you touch the screen , it takes some time to show right time as the clock which is located at the upper right corner of the screen.

Hello,

I flashed the latest OCK'S manila classic ROM and I am very satisfied with it. I came to a problem which is available in ROMs in which S2U2 is not cooked in. After locking with S2U2 and then wakung up of the phone, the screen turns imediately off /it only happens when I lock the phone with S2U2 and then leave the phone to power off itself/. There are not problems after the second waking up, lets say with front button. I was afraid of double locking because of the cooked in smart lock. But after disabling all funcions of Smartlock the problem persist. What may be the issue of this problem? In GTX edition /where S2U2 is cooked in/ everything is normal. Do I need to edit some registry settings or something else?

you need to change the lock settings for s2u2, when it lock's and do not use hardware buttons . haven't got s2 installed at the moment so I can't give you the specified setting but hope it helps a little

im having an issue with this rom. when sending an SMS to a non-contact number the phone freezes permanently and have to remove battery to reset.

Thanks mate. My phone power settings were set to power off after 60 sec. In the meantime the s2u2 power settings were set by me to power off after 60 sec.

I solved the problem when I set the power settings in S2U2 to power off in "off" or less than 60 sec. It seems that setting both the phone and s2u2 to power off after 60 seconds caused the issue.

Under the settins for S2U2, go to the Advanced settings and see if the option "Replace WM6.5 system manual Lock" is ticked.

I run the Manila Classic version and installed the S2U2 and have no problem beside the known issues.

Do you get any errors?

If you do, you may need to edit the updateweather.mscr script.

If you do need it:

The file is found in /program files/XIAMultiTheme/themes/ock_alphaUI/Scripts

1. Edit updateweather.mscr

2. Look for a text "citycode = citycode = RegRead( HKCU, "Software\ock\alphaUI\Weather\", "citycode" )"

3. Add this line below that line: "Connect("The Internet")"

This will force it to connect to the Internet before it updates the weather.

my ock 23118 premium is very stable at this time. but i got 1 annoying problem.

Everythime i reply any sms, the phone will generate and saved a blank draft copy. this happens everytime i reply.

example. i reply to this Person B 10 times. after reply, i check under draft...there will be 10 blank drafts.

how can i get rid or disable this thing? ty.

Not sure about you IGO problem as I've not used it before, as for keyboards, FingerKeyboard is a free alternative with lots of languages supported.

I have a little problem with one of your roms. I am on 23563 and I can't raise the screen brightness, regardless of the setting I choose. (Settings -> Backlight)

I've tried "Auto adjustment" (the light sensor works), but see no changes. Even if I choose "Manual Adjustment" and move the slider, I can't notice anything different.

With summer fast approaching, this is becoming a problem!

Please help, thanks! Or at least let me know if these problems were resolved in newer builds (time for me to upgrade?).

EDIT: sometimes, when rotating the screen in landscape mode, half of the canvas is not used. If needed I can provide screenshots. Thanks.

If I'm not wrong, the brightness adjusts itself slowly, you won't see an immediate jump in brightness.

As for landscape mode, the M2D skin I'm using doesn't have landscape support.

Which version are you using? If you're using M2D, M2DC allows you to do that very easily.

Hello again master Ock.

I'm just wondering if you are working on the omnia lite rom. The new topic "Omnia Lite Look & Feel" is really digging and hunting for bugs. I know that if you would be one of them, it would be so much faster :D to have a new omnia rom, different from the M2d and titanium, to please everyone's taste.

As I said earlier, I tried a lot of roms of M2D and Titanium and I got a little bored. I don´t know if it's the case of most of the users but, anyway, maybe this rom could be nicer, use less ram, be faster and practical at the same time (I'm not stating, just assuming).

Once more, thank you for your efforts and accomplishments. You're the best chef there is on our precious Omnia's. :)

I've tried yonn1981's roms and have to say he is doing a marvelous job :) .

Unfortunately, free time is something that I don't have much of these few days, and a project like this does take a lot of effort. I've cooked a few test roms based on XXJC2 but there are a lot of things not working properly, and it would be hard for me to better yonn1981's creations.

I strongly recommend his roms if you're looking for something different :D

I downloaded GTX 23118 and I flashed my omnia with it

It had more programs in it as compared to 23541

One thing I'm bothered though is its home screen. I don't like its look. I'm new with touch flo and M2D, is there anyway I can change it?

You can download my normal Premium version with the default M2D look, or you can simply download and apply a M2D skin.

Ock's thank you for amazing rom. I move to your new rom Build 23569 (Alpha UI). But I have trouble to change the shortcut in today screen. And this rom not completed like your premium rom. So I'm back to your premium rom. It's so completed and looks nice.

How about in your blog you make cab for rom that still not fix. So we can download the rom and cabs. (sorry my bad english)

Anyone can help me, at the home screen. THe word "camera" after i adjust the font size to large,then i try ot adjust back it become "Cam..."

Hi sorry but in the UK I cant update the weather city as its asking for just a code, I did try entering the code i got on the url for city 'Falkirk' which was 19888 but didint work just get same error as puting in no code, is there any way to search the location? i'e city name? or a website that lists codes for UK citys this is with Alpha UI, thanks

19888 is correct, have you checked that you have Internet access?

Use Showcase to switch to the hidden icon selection window right after you add the icon.

Or you can use a program like JWMD icon changer to assign a hi-res icon before re-adding the shortcut.

You may need a LS_LockSlider**.png file/s, some skins may not include it.

There may be 3rd-party handwriting recognition apps but I've not tried any of them.

As for the delay between the clock on the homescreen and that on the top bar, I can't do much about this issue.

You'll need to disable XMT first, and copy over the files before reenabling it

I have this problem with Nitrogen player when it's running and you power off using the power button. I usually close Nitrogen if I'm not using it, or use Nitrogen's screen off function.

Just checked my Drafts folder, don't have any blank drafts in there, have you installed any messaging-related program or changed any setting?
