Guest tonedeaf Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 i've decided to get rid of my omnia ... love the phone but due to nothing short of pathetic customer service from samsung i no longer have faith when some thing goes wrong they can/will fix it ...

Besides, your reasons are so shallow, that's why we have a forum here full of smart people that outdo samsung employee... I'm sure that they can help you,.
