low memory with M2D!

Ok i've been cooking M2D in for a couple of days, and the RAM usage is so high it's unreal :S i only get 18mb free and then 40mb storage free, how can i increase it?

Or does anyone have a SLIM version of M2D?

delete bootlauncher.lnk from windows\startup and set this key reg:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\ResProxy]

"InitThreadPriority"=dword:000000FC

"ShareMemSize"=dword:00000000
