Wi-Fi / Cellular network problem

My Pulse is running the official T-mobile ROM , and has not been unlocked or anything.

I have just noticed that when I am connected to my Wifi network, the Cellular connection drops , and won't reconnect until I switch Wifi off

If I go into Settings and try to connect manually I get a "registration failed" message

Is this a recognised issue ?

Mine's fine.

It might drop out the first time you connect but soon drops in again ...

I think the phone could have still been sold for more without many discruntled customers. Most people know Android can SOMETIMES be a little on off at the moment, but you could go spend £300-350 on a Hero (maybe more), or £100 (Now £137) on a Pulse. You should kind of expect to iron out a few issues, most of which I'm pretty sure are all software based. Seems like it may have been rushed through it's development a bit.
