PlayLists on 1.4.1 MoDaCo ROM ?

I was previously using the stock Android 1.1 MoDaCo ROM and last night I reflashed with the MoDaCo 1.4.1 ROM however now my music player isnt picking up all of my playlists on my SD card ? Bizarrely, 3 of the playlists are being picked up, but the rest arent !

For some reason I still cant get the PC Suite software to work with the phone so I have used file manager to copy the .wpl files into the playlists directory in the handset memory and rebooted to see if this makes any difference. The music player displayed "scanning...." for about a minute, but unfortunately the playlists are still not all being picked up by the music player - any suggestions ?

A reformat of the SD card sorted the problem - however when syncing music with Windows Media Player I am having to manually copy the .wpl files over into the Music directory after the sync completes. Has anyone had any success in getting the pulse to sync properly with Windows Media Player ?
