[Need Suggestion&Help]Downgrade HBoot HTC Hero

I have got a Update for Hboot 1.76.0004_Signed.zip for downgrading HBoot...

But I Have some question.... need help

1. I can use this file as a Update.zip to Flash in a Custom Recovery?

2. Will it cause further problem with my Hboot 

Well.... I already have got Root and Custom rom & recovery but.......

I can't use Fastboot command at all cause of I block the remote command so.... I have to do it.

No Rom bundle with SPL cause it too risky, you may brick your phone.
