How to sync Droid w/ Outlook?

My last phone was the Samsung Omnia (running custom wm6.5 roms). Now I have a Droid and I would like to sync it with my Outlook (calendar, contacts & tasks). How do I go about doing this?

I think the easiest way is to sync with Google and then Google will sync it over. It should go both ways.

I've been searching and also found something called CompanionLink for Google, found at: http://www.companionlink.com/products/clg-...&hh=ANDROID It basically does the same thing as the Google Apps Sync (syncs thru google first, then to your phone, and vice versa).
