Question 1: If you have the games installed on My Storage, flashing won't remove them. It will just remove them from the list of installed products (ie. the Start menu). So when you re-install the game (to My Storage again) it should keep all of your old settings. Alternatively, just go to My Storage -> Program Files -> (game directory), and copy the .exe file, then create a shortcut to it in your new Device -> Windows -> Start Menu. That way, you will put a new link there without running the risk of overwriting anything.

Question 2: Try PPC Pim backup. Works great, saves contacts, messages, emails, appointments etc. Your saved photos SHOUDL be on My Storage, so once again they won't get touched when flashing.

Question 3: Can't help you sorry. All versions of Titanium are pretty much inferior to PointUI and M2D imo.

Hope it helps.

Jason
