Guest three_pineapples Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 I know this is totally unethical, and i couldn't bring myself to do it, but you could factory reset the phone, and send it back saying it came like that... Is that bad of me to suggest?
Guest Ricky Lui Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 omg! how fragile it is~ was it just drop from a certain height? or drop from certain height and flew away for several meters? My reserved KS20 won't break the LCD even I dropped it over 30 times! This is really a big issue as dropping the phone always happened in daily life. (I started to plan trading it in for another handset.....)
Guest patmac Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 I dropped it from about chest height, onto a tile floor. It hit pretty hard. I got it from eBay and already left positive feedback, so I can't return it... I'm probably just going to rock the included screen protector, so I don't slice my fingers open. It's so sharp. Hopefully it'll hold the pieces in too.

Guest nehvada Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 i feel sorry for you! the liquid is just very slippery, they should add a surface like the hero has, much better. besides that, can you confirm that the display is glass? or is it just shattered plastic? (you can hold a lighter next to it to find out. if it burns its plastic *LOL*)
