Transfer new contacts from phone to sim

can someone please tell me where in settings I go to transfer contacts from phone to sim and vice versa ?

Thanks heaps Dee , no wonder I couldnt find that setting anymore . I use Spam alert for my contacts instead of the default phonebook ! Thought I was going mad as I did it a while back but then couldnt find it anymore !
