How to move Installed apps to SD card

by the way how can i install or move installed apps in my sd card because of lo free memory on my HERO

another Q is that i couldnt use market here in iran so how can i download widget and apps in APK or other formats and where can i get them if I can download them with my pc is better ...

You need to partition your sd card before you can move apps2sd flash amon recovery image 1.5.2 all the tools you need are on there and you also need to flash a custom Rom which supports apps2sd. You need market enabler.apk to view the full market I have never tried it myself and I don't no anyother way for you to get apks without promoting warez sites which I don't want to do.
