help requested regarding uninstalling apps on htc snap

when trying to uninstall certain apps like androkkid most of the app deletes just fine except for one tiny little file. in androkkids cas its labeled BA01. when trying to delete it my phone says that its a system file and deleting it may make my phone or programs not work correctly. then it says problem deleting BA01. cannot delete androkkid, access denied. make sure the program is not write corrected and not currently in use. i cannot fully uninstall it or 3 other apps i have until i find a way to delete that one little system file. can anyone help me get this matter resolved?
