Does anyone have a contact number/email address for Acer direct in the UK, rather than an agent ?

Did ring Acer on another matter last week using a contact number from their web-site, but they said they where just agents and couldn't actually provide that much information.

What about an online petition? it took weeks of complaining from the htc community until HTC released their source code. Even threats of legal action (lol, does anyone here have the time for that? )
