Disable Samsung (SMS) shell

Because several problems with WM6.5 I'm running WM6.1 again.

The only real problem I have with 6.1 is the Samsung shell when I try to use threaded sms. It just doesn't seem to work with threaded sms.

Is there a possibility to disable the shell (at least in the messages section) or make threaded sms work with the shell? (TouchWiz is already disabled)

Thnx for the reply's!

AFAIK you could disable threading, not sure about the shel itself though. Seen it somewhere on forum either this or I8000

Fixed it by a little registry edit :)

For the ones interested:

Change:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Sofware\Microsoft\Inbox\MsgTypes\IPM\SMStext]

"DLL"="mms.dll"

to:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Sofware\Microsoft\Inbox\MsgTypes\IPM\SMStext]

"DLL"="htmlnote.dll"

Is there another Fix to make? Until two days I try to get this entrys fixed, but after a reboot the registry entries are done, but the SMS-App without threading is back (Not Chat View, but Composer)... How to get it back to WindowsThreading View?

What to do?

Change the registry : HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\OEM\SMSInboxThreadingDisabled to "0".

Original value should be "1".

Hope it helps!
