Advanced Task Killer question

I have installed Advanced Task Killer app. It is reporting a few apps (Alarm,Weather Widgets, Servo search, Gogle mail, Road sync, Browser) already running after booting up.

Whenever I use it again, sometimes reporting apps I never opened. Has anyone noticed this issue?

I get exactly the same display and assumed that some apps just run on boot for whatever reason.

That's what I assumed. I tried to find a startup manager to stop roadsync (which I never use) auto loading but couldn't find anything for free
