question about versions

hi, i have a question about those windows versions...which is newer or best or etc...

between 218xx....230xx...235xx...236xx...280xx...

and i'm having some trouble with some rooms, i cant use s2p (it says "the parameter is incorrect"), and i think, the 280xx versions wasnt working GPS, the lastest one, 28014 is working?

i want to ask the cookers just one thing, if possible, can you add the file: ImeiBrazil.pfg (just 41kb) on the windows folder?

i'm brazilian, and i have a chip 128kb from tim, so, my phone keeps restarting all the time, or i can change to Globe, (like a post i saw here)...but i cant get internet settings automaticaly, when i change to another country and operator....

all the brazilians whose get builds here will love it (i know many :) )
