free RAM

Hi everybody, first of all let me thank everyone who is helping out in this forum.

Here is my question: I have the u8230 rom on the pulse.

To install it I did the following:

- entered recovery

- wiped

- formatted the SD card (fat32+ext2)

- converted ex2->ext3

- converted ext3->ext4

- flashed the update.zip

Did I do something wrong so fat?

Then I installed connectbot and typed free in order to know how much free memory I had to run applications.

The result is the following:

total used free shared buffers

mem 98140 96052 2088 0 60

swap 32760 25748 7012

total 130900 121800 9100

I saw people posting much higher figures for free memory. Can please some of you post here what you get from the "free" command?
