system memory low....

um, I've been getting the system memory low message for a while and have tried many things to fix it...

I have decided to go with a good ROM.

I'm new to this and have some questions....

Does it delete any content on Storage Card/My Storage?

Is it hard to backup contacts or anything else I might need?

would I have to reactivate my phone?

Could I switch back to verizon default rom?

A rom with .net 3.5/winmo 6.5/opera etc

Hopefully a new rom will fix my texting/scrolling problems and low memory. Windows Update has never run successfully either

I would like to try a ROM that has all the features I currently have on my verizon ROM plus more :) possible?

Please suggestions!

flashing does not format my storage or storage card, but it is wise to do a good back-up. you can always flash back to a stock verizon rom, no need to re-activate just *228 then 2 to update roaming is all i do. i don't use active-sync at all but do use pim backup for my contacts. if you have a lot of programs installed some of the roms use XDA_UC to re-install, or you can do it manually, and most have Opera installed already. Right now I'm running waremike's latest FLEO Rom, very stable and very fast. I have tried everyone's rom, it just depends on what you want cause there are some real nice rom's on this forum and over at omniarom.com.
