How does the screen quality differ between the 2 considering

iPhone 3GS has 3.5 inch screen at 480-by-320 while Liquid has 3.5 inch screen at 800 x 480 resolution

Basically you can barely see the pixels with the naked eye on the Liquid and you still can on the iPhone (well my sister's iPod Touch, same screen size and reso though)

maybe the google maps picture gives you an idea... its really sharper...got like 2.5 times more pixels

the liquid screen is higher on top but thinner on side, but the case on either side of the liquid taking a bit too much space, play game is a pain for acer.

There's a huge difference, especially on the text. The iphone's text looks pixelated and slightly blurry. The liquid's is just sharp.

Kind of hard to see with the brightness on the Liquid being cranked so high.

liquid's screen is noticeably sharper, you barely see the pixels
