Omnialite or Omnia II 1920 cabs

Has anyone thought of removing the good cabs from omnialite or omnia II rom to make a cooked rom. I know some have bits and pieces of omnialite like Neco but it will be nice to have omnialite or omnia II main menu but not the home screen and then some useful cabs that work. I can't get it to work because they require some tweaks which I'm not familiar with. for example the data manager from omnialite and phonebook/phonelog to work on neco's latest rom. Please I need someones help for that.
