O.K maybe I've got this wrong, but I get the idea you can use an MP3 file to inform of a new Email etc. I've loaded and run Activesync, Explored IPSM>Application Data but no sound Folder. OK created NEW Sound Folder and copied across some MP3's.

Then on SPV programs>Settings>Sounds New Emails etc, scrolled through but no copied MP3's HELP PLEASE! :x

If you want to put sounds onto your SPV, they have to be wavs. I'll check and tell you where to put them in a second.

Yup, the phone only supports wavs as ringtones. Make sure they're PCM format, 8-22KHz, 8 or 16 bit.

You can copy the .wavs into IPSMApplication DataSounds.

Hope this helps,

Yep, that should be fine, you just can't use it as long as it's an MP3.
