Pulse not appearing on pc

Hi

I have all the drivers downloaded for my pulse and when i go into manage devices the pulse is there and it says working properly but i cannot find my pulse in 'My computer' or anywhere to actually put music onto it, help please!

When you plug it in, check the notification area on the phone (drag the bar at the top down) and there will be an option to set the USB mode to allow you to transfer files.
