Liquid's USB port On-The-Go? (USB Host/Device capable)

After I've read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_On-The-Go I felt that Liquid can act as USB Host which is the capability to add USB devices such as keyboard, mouse, etc.

My Liquid also has two sides of wires which seems to be if we will use different cables, we can turn some of the Liquid's functionality.

Is this true? Can anyone prove this?

also, does anyone have successfully repacked boot.img? may we have the base address and a statically compiled mkbootimg? :)
