SMS marked as not read

I have an LG Ks20 with WM 6.5 23092, I have this problem with all 6.5 roms

When I receive an sms, I open it, I reply to it and it still marked as not read.

I've read that is a problem with htmlnote.dll.

Any idea how to fix?
