Guest Radigadi Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 Hello ! I guess I am in the right place to ask the following question , excuse me if I am in mistake! Last night I dropped my Samsung Omnia i900 on the floor. I heard the boot signal melody , but now the phone's lcd stays black when I try to power it up , and the phone doesn't show any signs of life. I sent it to our Samsung's service center , and one guy from their service station told me that there is no software installed on this phone , the phone ID is missing and this may happen if I tried to upgrade the phone's firmware. I didn't even try to make a firmware upgrade , nor something else software or OS related. Shortly - I just dropped my phone , and the software+phone ID are gone. Could this be true and how I can bring my phone back to life ? Thanks a lot in advance !
