Armani B7620 Language to English

Dear all,

can someone please help. I have just bought Samsung Armani B7620. I found out that it is Dutch (google helped in discovering the language.). The version is B7620XXIK4. I am completely stuck. I couldn't change the language to English. I have changed the regional settings to English but still the interface is in dutch.

start>settings>general settings>language change [last position]

ed: menu start>choose cog wheel icon> gen settings is #3> lang cjang. las pos /ed

XX FW version should have other languages, if not in this post

I went to "start" -> "instellingen" -> I found two tabs: "basisinstellingen", "geavanceerd".

under "geavanceerd" I chose "systeem" then "regionale instellingen". I choose "Engels" but didn't change the interface after restart.

I also follow your instructions by going to:

"start" -> "instellingen" -> "basisinstellingen" -> "algemene instellingen" (3rd option)

under this option I found :

draadloos beheer

launcher

voeding

knop

scherm uitlijnen

usb-verbinding

TV-uit

GPS

gegevens eigenaar

I translated them using google but none of them seemed related to language.

I also tried to download the FW but I cannot reach both sites :megaupload.com and chomikuj.pl.

Is it possible that it becomes available in other site like rapidshare.

under start I don't have "Basisinstellingen". I have "instellingen".

under "instellingen" I have "Basisinstellingen" then "Algemene instellingen".

However, I don't have "Taal wijzigen".

I only have:

TV-uit

try this solution for language change!

type *#1546792*# As you would type phone number

Go into preconfiguration, it'll ask for code type: *#81230*#

choose language, choose operator.

Hope this helps.

This should lead you to hard reset with language change. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Then, ther's nothing left but flashing. It'll take about 10-15 min and should solve all the problems.

One more solution. In registry [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\LanguageChange] change "UseLanguageChange" DWORD value 1 to 0
