Need help. friend removed SD card and now getting force closes on all my apps

my friend took out my SD card without unmounting it. now none of my apps open and keeps force closing. i've tried restarting my phone and everything. i the only way it works again is if i uninstall and reinstall the apps, but i dont want to do that for all my 100+ apps. and i dont want to set up all the settings on every app...

Also, try repairing the ext partition - this can be done from the recovery menu.

i did use amon ra recovery to try and restore my apps. still not working. =\

Ejecting the card without unmounting can screw the filesystem - a repair could fix it.

yeah i know , i found out that hard way :) but i reinstalled all apps, didnt know the fix in the recovery mode could potentially fix the issue. I hope i wont need to find out .. but good to know in case ;) thx
