Guest smiiithy Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 (edited) I'm sure I read a post a while ago about a program that allows you to control your Omnia from your computer to sent and receive txt messages etc. I've done a search but can't find it and I'm thinking of buying a bluetooth PCMCIA card for my laptop. The main reason for buying the PCMCIA is that I'm buying a car MP3 player that can stream music direct from the Omnia so I want bluetooth on my laptop to be able to conveniently update my music collection. If anybody has any other suggestions of how I could do this more effectively using a PCMCIA card I wold be keen to hear them. If I could control my phone from my computer this would be a massive bonus and just want to know can this be done over bluetooth or does it have to be done via wifi or USB? PS I am using Windows 7 Ultimate Cheers, Mike Edited December 29, 2009 by smiiithy

Guest johho Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Im using "Soti Pocket Controller Professional" since a long time, it works fantastic with USB and BT. Completly remote Your WinMobile device even with an original skin! http://www.soti.net/default.asp?Cmd=Produc...mp;SubCmd=PCPro

Guest johho Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 I am using this http://www.sparus-software.com/support/remote Free for the personal edition. Fantastic software. Yes it looks really good and instead of Soti Pocket Controller it's free and seems to have nearly the same features. Thanks for the tipp! I'm testing it at the moment..Is there any way to hide the main window in Skin mode, so that U can only see the skinned device?
