How to change language from UK to FR

I've just bought a new Samsung B7300 (Omnia Lite) to my girlfriend.

I'm searching the way to change language from uk to fr.

I've read several topic and it seem 2 way are possible :

Using a MUI file or flashing the ROM with a FR one.

Problem i don't find both of these on the web (even on Samsung Mobile Site !!)
