When you are in a call, there are two buttons on the left side of the phone above the Menu button. The bottom decreases volume, the top increases volume.

I have the same problem....

everyone in my call can't hear me, they said "ahhh....sry can u tell me again".

That two buttons can't help me,it don't help to increase my voice to otherpeople.
