Random vibrating

Every now and then when im typing text with my phone the phone just suddenly starts vibrating like mad and the only way to turnit off is to shut down the phone, very annoying and cant think of a fix. Any suggestions?

I am using the better keyboard, and are running the custom stock tmobile rom.

I have started getting this problem (custom 8350 rom, Dec update, android keyboard).

However, I find if I type another letter, it usually stops buzzing.

Of course, you could also turn off vibrating (Settings, Locale & text, Touchpal - Key press vibration or Android - Vibrate on keypress).
