HTC Hero Rotate Animation

I accidentally stumbled upon a settings page where there are few options which include rotate animation and input (or keyboard) animation. After i checked the rotate animation, when i rotate, i find that the entire screen moves and rotates and jiggles a bit as part of the animation. However now i cant seem to find this option anymore. any idea where this is?
