OMG ! If only I knew what I was doing, I guess I could have figured that one out ! Thank you so much !

Last question of the say : where do I see the name.apk files which are installed on to my Liquid ?

I want to use adb uninstall commands but I do not know how are named apks related to a given program.

Thanks a lot for your help guys !

You make the liquid so much better every day !

install root explorer.navigate to sytem/app

install root explorer.navigate to sytem/app

Thanks a lot !

I'll remove :

- AcerAbout.apk

- AcerSoundRecorder.apk

- AcerUpdateNotifier.apk

- NemoPlayer.apk

- SnsService.apk

- SnsProvider.apk

- UrFooz.apk

I don't know about removing :

- AcerSync.apk (because I do not know if google sync will still be available after that)

- DlnaServices.apk (I do not use it and will not, but I don't know the consequences)

I cannot find : RoadSync 2 apks (Calendar & Email) nor Spinlets apk. If any lead, let me know.

Anyways, thank you so much, my Liquid is going to ruin any generic Nexus its gonna face :)

- SnsService.apk

- SnsProvider.apk

Not sure, but I think those are used from the customized phone/contact list.

Spinlets should just be there, take a deeper look!

Liquid_it is right, you should leave SnsProvider or the contact list will FC when you try to open a contact in the contact list. I think I removed SnsService on mine.

Always a good idea to copy all apk's from system/app to either your PC or the sdcard before uninstalling them - then you can just reinstall if you remove too much :) I also removed Road sync (RS.apk) since I dont use it.

Hi,

I just installed your Custom ROM and almost everything seems to work.

One little problem I encountered : dropbear keys (dss_host_key and rsa_host_key)

are installed in /data/dropbear, but when invoked, the binary /system/xbin/dropbear expects them to be in

/data/ssh.

I solved this by symlinking /data/ssh to /data/dropbear, allowing dropbear to be launched at startup (I guess

there might be an other way, maybe in /init.rc).

Anyway, your job is amazing !

Hi!,

With 1.008.00 EMEA GEN1 dhcp issue is back.

Is there something we can do to quickly fix it?

Forget it, don't know what was happening..

we should have saved our resources to donate do this guy who made a awesome job, released a nice recovery, a nice rom... he did promptly fixed the bugs and now we are impatiently waiting for two devs that didn't make a drop yet. I have in mind that lickonn is going to release 2.1 before them.. but just a thought...

It's an update which can be applied on most stock rom (>= 1.002.03). It does not contain all the data, only the changes.

  No wipe is necessary.

hi all,

just to be sure, can this be safely applied over 1.008.00 ?

thank you !
