B) P No sympathy! :) P I thought u ordered 2? ive read that if its engraved, then its delayed by couple days or something like that, but judging by that pic im guessing you ordered the 2 separately. neither is mine!! ;) ordered at 6:47PM GMT and Credit Card shows payment of £361.56 has been taken out. When do you have to pay the VAT on the phone? when it arrives on your doorstep?

My phone has left the Cincinatti Hub so I assume as this is a major hub thats on a flight to Heathrow. 7:50 am.....Depart Facility.....Cincinnati Hub, OH Is it 2 or 3 days from here ? Looking around Cincinnati is their US hub so next stop Heathrow and UK customs, weather permitting.

They have a hub in the midlands that it flies into, even if you're in london. It then gets driven down in a lorry to your local major dhl center. DHL stopped dedicated truck shipping in the US a while ago and scalled back over there. Shippments to the US get handed to the local postal service. So this might affect how long it takes to get stuff out of the US too (number of flights etc). The main thing with DHL is to keep tracking it. If there's no update for a while, its sitting in a hub doing nothing. Call and complain, ask for a trace. That'll get it miraculously onto a truck! This is all worst case of course :)

When I got delivery from DHL in the past they were ok, they paid for the tax and brought the package with the invoice, and if no one is there to pay/sign the package they ll leave the invoice and a note for u to rearrange a payment and delivery. Might mean its in the air, or more likely waiting to go on a plane so hasnt had its inbound scan. Ceznet: yeah sometimes they're great other times not so good. I find with expensive items customs will call you. Then when waiting for it to clear DHL blame customs and customs blame DHL. I've had terrible experiances with them where my express parcel has sat at the hub for 4 days, and others where it all went smoothly. The no 1 advise is to track track and track! If it hasnt moved (only exception is when its flying), call them. If you get the same standard reply and you're not confident ask specifically for a trace. Thats work for them, so usually they'll call the depot instead first.

Still waiting for mine to change from Not yet shipped I even phoned my credit card company in case they'd tried to call me due to fraud protection but they've confirmed that the payment has been approved and that its just Google not taking my money!! So most likely it got shipped this morning. so for everyone (like me) who ordered after 4PM yesterday, we wont get it till tomorrow =(
