Moving to a Bigger Screen?

To start things off, the Hero has to be the best phone I've ever used and I will continue to tell iPhone owners this B)

But, I do miss a nice big screen like my Touch HD had so I'm wondering about 'upgrading'. Given that I'm now in love with Android, what are people's thoughts on the Milestone and Nexus One? Is it worth waiting for this years selection of HTC phones?

The only annoying thing would be having to change my Brodit holder in the car... or even worse, having to wait 2 months for a new holder, then I might be thinking about changing phone again! :) I think I may also miss Sense UI. Is there something on the market that replaces this?

I do like the look of the Milestone, but I no longer think I really need a hard keyboard. Having tried it recently I realise I'm quicker on an onscreen keyboard, thanks to auto correction.

I like the price point of the Nexus One, although I think a Milestone could be got for similar or eBay. Does the Nexus One ship all the way from the US?

Is anyone else out there considering the move? What are your thoughts?

Not that I am aware of. There are other home screens out there, but nothing I have heard of that lets you completely reskin the system like Sense. The Nexus might not have Sense (I'm not sure, but heard rumours about it...)

AFAIK, the Nexus One ships from the US, and needs tax and import duty/customs duty to be paid on top of the price, as well as apparently expensive shipping. I think a few people here have ordered one, so maybe ask one of them what the total price came to and see.
