Just my opinion, no offense to anyone^^

I always wondered how people can think of preordering a phone... as much as the specs may sounds great on the paper, I still would want to read a couple of detailed reviews to be sure there are no big screwups in the phone (bad camera, laggy video playback, poor battery life, etc)

The Nexus one is coming out for Tmobile and as a GSM unlocked version sometime early this year, an unlocked CDMA version for verizons network should be coming out sometime later in the year according to gizmodo.com and engadget.com. Google just announced it a few days ago right before CES started so you shouldn't have any problems finding articles about it.

Though tmobile maybe adding this phone to their range I have heard there is zero plans to add any sim restrictions to the hand set.

This phone came out on the 5th of the year, and it runs Android 2.1 as opposed to 2.0 that the Droid runs.

That said, my friend has the phone and it is awesome. The screen is better than an iphone's and it is very fast. He went from a G1 to the N1 and he can't keep his hands off the thing. I've read about 3g connectivity issues but he hasn't had a problem, I think it depends more on the area you are in.
