fpsece 0.10 phone compatability

Hi. i have an htc snap with windows mobile 6.1. ive downloaded i think every version of

fpsece with no luck. some of the programs open but freeze upon opening. i was wondering if anyone knows if this works only on touchscreen phones or if anyone with my same phone as me has gotten it to work. if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
