Android 2.01 Eclair lockscreen and power saving bar on Hero

Hi everbody, does anyone know if there is a way to get the new Eclair Lockscreen and the power saving bar working on our Hero? Maybe working together with MCR 3.1 RC1 or future releases would be great?

there is an android 1.6 theme which looks the same, but don't know if anyone is able to port it?

They rely on chunks of newer libraries/kernel than 1.5 supplies. There are other versions of the power-bar thing in the market, as well as lots of standalone buttons (I use the curvefish ones).
