Anyone tried recharging Liquid by using BELKIN power inverter

The battery on my Liquid does not last long, so I bought a BELKIN AC Anywhere with USB charging-200W so that I can recharge the phone on the road. Strangely, nothing happened when the power inverter's USB port connected to Liquid (the phone was not charging at all), whilst the inverter worked fine with my bluetooth headphone also by using the USB port.

Anyone knows what problem it could be?
