How to add an event to exchange instead of gcalendar

Hi guys!

At first I am sorry for posting my request to two forums at the same time but I am a bit impatient... :) I hope You won't throw rocks on me! So the problem:

I've set up google calendars to have my personal stuff instead of using corporate exchange. But I do rely on exchange to store and share events concerning my job.

Calendar shows each end every event (gcal-s AND xChange) BUT I am not able to create an exchange event, only gcal and My Calendar and Outlook. Is there a workaround to get over this annoying "feature" and choose xChange also for newly created events?
