Guest miragebg Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 (edited) Sometimes my WiFi doesn't respond properly- when I do use Browser or Market it suddenly loses connectivity and when I press on WiFi widget to turn it off, there is some endless loop- it just won't turn off...I have to restart the device to resolve the problem. It's like that two- three times per day.. Edited January 8, 2010 by miragebg

Forgot to mention, that it didn't come with 3.1. I have had it on 3.0 as well. Edited January 8, 2010 by tristan202

Guest Chris Jenx Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 me and the GF have the same issue, but only with certain wifi points. Mainly WPA2 encrypted points.
Guest Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 I'm having similar problems with my 2 wpa2 access points at home. It connects to one but won't connect to the other. Some other times it's the other way around. I had this in one of the earlier versions as well, but it has reappeared. (3.0 and JU radio worked fine)
Guest Al the Pal Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 (edited) me and the GF have the same issue, but only with certain wifi points. Mainly WPA2 encrypted points. Hello Peeps :) I have the same problems as above :/ ANd on WPA2 points too. WifiAnalyzer shows only open channels on CH1 , 5 and 11. Nothing in between. Wierd? And the signals are all low. -80dBm or lower. Regards Alex Edited January 8, 2010 by Al the Pal
Guest Al the Pal Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 (edited) Hello again. I changed my router to a WPA and not WPA2 and all works fine now. Well this is a beta so no worries. but some one look into this? Regards Alex Edited January 9, 2010 by Al the Pal
Guest zeronz Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 Facing the same problem with unable to turn off wifi, I am currently using MoDaCo 3.2 rom right now. Anybody has a solution to this? The last wifi network I used uses WEP security.
Guest oopepe Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 I have the same issue on mcr 3.1. The WiFi widget says its on but doesn't react to presses. Also WiFi buddy says WiFi is disabled. Is this maybe because I don't have the latest radio Rom installed? I have the original eu radio installed..
Guest tungstentim Posted June 5, 2010 Report Posted June 5, 2010 Hi, Did this get sorted as I'm suffering from the same issue. For me even rebooting the phone doesn't always help. TT
