Post benchmark results for - Neocore

Hi, I would like to ask everybody to post the results using this demo app from Qualcomm that you can find in the market. It's interesting to compare using all different ROM builds and firmware versions.

Here it goes the description:

"Neocore is an OpenGL-ES 1.1 graphics performance benchmark for Android devices using Qualcomm's Adreno graphics hardware. It shows off some of the techniques that are possible on hardware accelerated platforms such as 1-pass lightmaps and DOT3 bumpmaps."

The demo is quite interesting and truly shows off some of the Android power for games.

My result after the first test:

Model - HERO GSM

ROM - Kogudroid 1.0 beta

Result - 23.3 FPS

Edit: After disabling sound: 27.3 FPS

cant find Neocore in the market.. only the "regular" benchmark.

maybe its beacuse your using 2.1 rom? :)

Model - Orange Hero

ROM - Moda 3.1 RC2

Result Sound off - 27.2 FPS

Result Sound on - 24.6 FPS

After killing Tasks...

Result Sound off - 28.7 FPS

Result Sound on - 24.9 FPS

Running MCR 3.0...linda file manager claims I'm not able to install it despite me allowing unknown sources in application settings. Is this for a verison of Android later than 1.5?

Looks like it's an Android 1.6 app - won't install onto MCR3.1 here. How have you guys managed to get it going?
