un-flashing back to original OS

Hello. New to these forums (atleast for posting stuff B)).

So I somehow managed to flash my sgh-i900 with 16gb to wm 6.5, but it has more downs than up imo, so I want to change back to the original (6.1?) os. I searched these forums like crazy with little success, I guess I have to use my old computer with XP and install some kind of 6.1 rom, prefferably a swedish one as I had before. I also must admit that I didn't actually flash my omnia in the first place, a friend told me this would be so much better than what I had :) , but I feel the 6.1 worked much better with my phone.

so guys, how can I reset my phone to how it was before flashing, with all the apps I used to have too, like touchplayer ect?

un-flashing haha your title makes me chuckle. You need to find an official Samsung ROM and re-flash back to it.

I followed instructions, for some reason you cant choose sweden so I chose UAE(ENG), and then i type my version it simply wont work.. anybody else know how?

Choose Singapore ROM because it doesn't ask for version No. and download the firmware for your OS !

What you need is the latest official samsung XBIC1 rom, it has wm6.1 that your phone had originally, the samsung link is broken so you have to find it somewhere on the net, but at least you know what to search for now :)

This rom supports all Nordic languages + English (so it might be listed as a English rom)

I searched the web, tried samsungs homepage ect, and there is nothing but these damned rapidshare links to the nordic rom. do anybody of you have premium account? their servers are always busy for me... If you do have, could you put the files on ANY other site than rs? i would totally love the person who did ;) B)

I searched the web, tried samsungs homepage ect, and there is nothing but these damned rapidshare links to the nordic rom. do anybody of you have premium account? their servers are always busy for me... If you do have, could you put the files on ANY other site than rs? i would totally love the person who did B) :)

Alternatively, use Secany's DXID1. Totally standard 6.1 with all default progs. Flash it the same way as you flash a custom rom. Find it HERE.
