Guest tobysimon Posted January 10, 2010 Report Posted January 10, 2010 Hi everyone I just got my ACER LIQUID in HONGKONG.It's USB FASTBOOT V1.00.01,HW VERSION V0.4,ANSS VERSION A1-01.04.01,BUILD DATE DEC 3 2009,20:27:16 . Original ROM is 1.001.05-AAP-CSL. I've been using runme.exe upgraded to 1.004.00-EMEA-GEN1,Now I use '1.001.05-AAP-CSL-images' can not be restored to 1.001.05-AAP-CSL. Help me THX
Guest chingy1788 Posted January 10, 2010 Report Posted January 10, 2010 Using the Acer tool to change your firmware will update the radio I think that Since its a newer radio Older Firmwares may not work If some one can provide an old version of the radio, then you can downgrade

I can only with ACER's RUNME.EXE tools flash ACER_A1_0.029.03_EN_1930829086b441ed9606df778a27d862.bin & Acer_Liquid_1.004.00_EMEA_GEN1_T1_e1ca22a636bec3314f7262d08c87dbaf.bin. Please tell me..do you have any problems with 1.004 rom, because another guy who upgraded to this rom from 1.001.05-AAP-CSL has a lot of problems ( no radio, no sim)?

I cant update 1.001 from 1.004. My liquid restart repatedly. Now, I upgraded to 1.008. I had wanted to use Chinese rom, but since the Chinese can not be used, then use the English rom.

It should be no problem to flash the csl image to your machine from the below link. Help me THX 1.with ACER's RUNME.EXE tools flash ACER_A1_0.029.03_EN_1930829086b441ed9606df778a27d862.bin or Acer_Liquid_1.008.00.............bin 2.with fastboot.exe tool flash "system.img" in " 1.001.05-AAP-CSL-images" rom ....only system.img file 3.root 我英语不好，我用中文说一遍 1.刷ACER_A1_0.029.03_EN.........bin 或新出的1.008.bin rom，都可以 2.刷完后，再用bootfast.exe 程序刷1.001.05-APP-CSL_-images rom里的 system.img文件，注意只刷system.img文件，boot.img等其他不要刷 3.刷完，硬起一次就可以了 这样天气插件不会报错，只是多了个superuser pemissions
