Bt tel and Bt audio same time on Car radio system

hello i buy radio for car with bluetooth and all work ok with omnia ,, but the only problen i have i cant USE BT AUDIO i mean(play music on omnia and hear from Car speaker) same time with Bt tel (calling).. to do that must re - pairing again omnia to radio..

any solution ?
