Blue Shadows in Menus/Buttons

I have a really odd bug.

In all of the home menus and default style buttons there are blue lines that start as a shadow from text or some other dark line and extend all the way to the right edge of the screen. The easiest place to notice it is the unlock screen (3x3 circles) where a blue smear starts to the left of each circle and goes all the way to the right edge. I noticed this shortly after I rooted my phone, though I can't make any kind of logical connection between the two. Anybody else have this problem? It only seems to show up in system menus. Pictures or other colorful screens don't have any problem. It's not disabling anything, it just looks ugly. All ideas are welcome.
